• Creating and publishing open letters (limited to 2,000 characters)
• Replying to letters from other users
• Automated and human moderation systems
• Random feed of community letters
• Reporting system for inappropriate content

To use certain features of Lettrify, you must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials confidential
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Providing truthful and up-to-date information

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 must have permission from a parent or guardian.

By using Lettrify, you agree to:

• Be respectful and empathetic with other users
• Not post offensive, discriminatory, or hate-inciting content
• Not share personal information of yourself or third parties
• Not use the platform for spam, unauthorized advertising, or commercial activities
• Not post content that violates copyrights or intellectual property
• Not attempt to circumvent our moderation systems
• Not create multiple accounts to circumvent suspensions or bans

Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent ban from the platform.

You retain ownership of the content you publish on Lettrify. However, by publishing content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content in the context of providing our services.

You are fully responsible for the content you publish and you guarantee that:

• You have all the rights necessary to publish the content
• The content does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights
• The content is accurate and not misleading

Lettrify uses automated and human moderation systems to maintain the community's quality and safety. We reserve the right to:

• Review, edit, or remove any content at our discretion
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms
• Implement technical measures to prevent abuse
• Cooperate with legal authorities when necessary

We do not guarantee that all inappropriate content will be detected or removed immediately. We encourage users to report problematic content using our reporting system.
